Sparkfold Games

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains how Sparkfold Games handles information in all the games we publish (on Google Play and any other platform) and on this website. We have tried to keep it short and clear.

  • Our games don't ask you to create an account and don't ask for your name, email or contacts.
  • Your progress, settings and creations are saved on your device. We don't receive them.
  • Games with ads use Google AdMob. Google collects some device data to show and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first, and you can change it at any time.
  • We don't sell your personal data.
  • Games with ads are not directed at children under 13.

1. Who we are

Sparkfold Games is an independent game developer based in Spain, and is responsible for the processing described in this policy. The developer's legal name is shown on our Google Play developer page.

Contact: support@sparkfoldgames.com

2. Data stored on your device

Our games save your progress, settings and anything you create in the game (for example, recordings made inside a game) only on your device. We don't receive or have access to this data.

You can delete it at any time by clearing the game's data or uninstalling it. If Android backup is enabled on your device, Android may include this data in your own Google backup; that is managed by Google under your account settings.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Some of our games are free and show ads, such as banners and optional reward videos that you choose to watch. Ads are served by Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. When ads are requested, Google may collect and process:

  • your device's advertising ID;
  • your IP address, which can be used to estimate your approximate location (for example, country or city);
  • device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language and app version;
  • interactions with ads (impressions and clicks) and diagnostic and performance data.

Google uses this data to deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad, prevent fraud and keep the service secure, and, only if you consent, to show personalised ads.

Your consent and choices

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form before requesting any ads. If you don't consent, you may still see non-personalised ads, which are based on context rather than on your profile. Where other local laws give you privacy choices, the same form is used.

You can review or change your choice at any time from the game's settings, under "Ad privacy".

You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings (usually Settings › Privacy › Ads or Settings › Google › Ads).

More information: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google Privacy Policy.

We limit ads to content suitable for a general audience.

4. Google Play

When you download our games from Google Play, Google processes data under its own privacy policy. Google Play gives us aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as installs, crashes and performance) that don't allow us to identify you.

5. When you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to reply to you, and we keep them only as long as needed to handle your request.

6. Online features

Our current games don't need an internet connection except to load ads. If a game includes online features in the future (for example, multiplayer), this policy will be updated to explain what data those features use before you use them.

7. What we don't do

  • We don't require accounts or logins in our games.
  • We don't use our own analytics or tracking tools.
  • We don't access your contacts, photos, microphone or precise location.
  • We don't sell or rent personal data.

8. Children

Games that show ads are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If a game is designed for children, its store page will say so, and that game will not show ads or collect personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

  • Consent: personalised ads, and storing or accessing information on your device for advertising purposes.
  • Legitimate interest: showing non-personalised ads, ad measurement, fraud prevention and security, and replying to your messages.

10. International transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. How long we keep data

  • Data on your device: until you delete it or uninstall the game.
  • Advertising data: according to Google's retention policies.
  • Emails: as long as needed to handle your request.

12. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (in the game, under "Ad privacy"). Because our games don't use accounts, we don't hold advertising data linked to you; Google holds it, and you can manage it from your device settings and Google's tools. For any request, write to support@sparkfoldgames.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the data protection authority in your country.

13. This website

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or third-party content, and doesn't store anything in your browser. Our server may record technical data (such as IP address, browser and date) for security and normal operation, and keeps it for a short period.

14. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also let you know in our games when appropriate.
